But come on Chris your seeing the glass half empty, for those of us living here, London is exciting, fun and full of opportunity plus the pay is relative to the price of living.

We do spend a large per potion of our salary on property but this has been made up by rising property prices and is solid investment.

It was a fun idea as it attracted a very similar demographic and was reasonably successful. Looking at Sharetobuy’s website it was a little sketchy on details of how they where going to get the potential members to sign up apart, from starting a group in Facebook. A flat share is one thing at least it has a end period so you can get out of a bad situation with little financial exposure. Buying a property with a stranger has an endless list of dangers awaiting to happen and the financial costs to you could be extreme. This is not for the faint hearted buying a property is stressful as it is.

Running a dating company can have it’s highs and lows. The lows can be the endless answering of hundreds of email, phones calls, handling booking, booking venues and a multitude of things the team carry out day in day out. So it great to get a high when we open an email or receive some snail mail giving us cause to celebrate.
